Why Offices Order Custom Mugs from CURVD

A mug used in an office environment goes through more dishwasher cycles, more hands, and more daily contact than almost any other branded item a company buys. That makes the quality of the mug — and the durability of the logo — matter more, not less.

Daily Office Kitchen Supply

Replace the mismatched collection of mugs in the office kitchen with a consistent set that carries the company logo. CURVD mugs are built for daily use — the ergonomic handle works for every hand size, and the kiln-fired logo holds up through thousands of dishwasher cycles without fading.

Why it matters

What Makes CURVD Office Mugs Different

Most promotional mugs are made to look good in a product photo and are ordered without much thought about how they will perform in an actual office. The result is mugs with fading logos, chipped rims, and handles that crack at the joint within a year. CURVD mugs are made to a different standard.

Logo kiln-fired into the glaze The design is fused into the ceramic surface at high temperature. It does not sit on top of the glaze. It cannot peel, fade, or bubble from dishwasher heat.
Ergonomic curved handle Designed around the natural arc of the fingers. Four-finger clearance, inward curve, neutral wrist angle. Comfortable for every person at your office, not just some of them.
Stoneware built for daily use Kiln-fired at high temperature for a dense, chip-resistant ceramic body. Thicker walls than standard promotional mugs. Holds heat better and lasts significantly longer.
Proof before production A digital proof is provided for approval before any production begins. No surprises at delivery. Every unit in the order matches the approved proof.

Common questions

Custom Office Mugs: FAQ

What is the minimum order quantity for custom office mugs?

The minimum order is 24 units per style. You can order a single style or mix sizes within an order — for example, 24 units of the 12 oz and 24 units of the 18 oz as separate line items. There is no maximum order quantity. Volume pricing is available for larger orders.

How long does the full process take from order to delivery?

The standard lead time is 3 to 4 weeks from proof approval. The proof review phase typically takes 2 to 5 business days depending on feedback rounds. Total timeline from initial inquiry to delivery is usually 4 to 5 weeks. If you have a hard deadline, communicate it at the time of ordering so we can confirm feasibility.

What file format should I use for my company logo?

Vector files are preferred: AI, EPS, or PDF with embedded fonts. High-resolution PNG files at 300 DPI or above are also accepted. The logo print area is 4 inches wide by 3 inches tall. Files that are too low in resolution for that print size will be flagged during the artwork review step before any production begins.

Can I order different logo colors on different glaze colors?

Yes. The 12 oz light glazes use CMYK color printing, which reproduces most logo colors accurately. The 18 oz dark glazes (Onyx Black and Imperial Blue) use white ink printing, which renders logos as white on the dark glaze surface. Cloud White in the 18 oz lineup uses CMYK color. If your logo requires specific treatment for different glaze backgrounds, this is discussed and confirmed at the proof stage.

Are CURVD office mugs safe to put in the office dishwasher?

Yes. CURVD mugs are fully dishwasher safe on a normal or light cycle. The kiln-fired ceramic decal logo is fused into the glaze surface during production, not applied as a surface coating, so it does not fade, peel, or degrade from repeated dishwasher use. This is one of the key differences between kiln-fired custom mugs and cheaper sublimation-printed alternatives.

Do the mugs come individually packaged or in bulk packaging?

Standard orders ship in protective bulk packaging suitable for warehouse or office storage. Individual gift boxing is available for orders intended for corporate gifting or welcome kits. Packaging options can be discussed at the time of ordering depending on your specific needs.
