Print Area & File Requirements
The standard print area is the same on both sizes, 4 inches wide by 3 inches tall. We accept vector files only. Our kiln-fired decal process fuses artwork directly into the glaze at high temperature, making it microwave safe, dishwasher safe, and permanent.

Print area: 4" wide × 3" tall, same on both 12 oz and 18 oz. Need larger, wrap-around, or a custom layout? Email hello@curvd.com.
Accepted file formats: .ai, .eps, .dxf, vector only. Pixel-based files must be converted first. Vector conversion available for $75.
Color: All CMYK colors on light glazes. Imperial Blue and Onyx Black require white-ink decals. Contact us before submitting artwork for dark glazes.
Insert cards: Each mug includes a CURVD coffee guide insert. Custom branded cards are accepted or can be produced at additional cost.
Bulk Pricing by Order Size
All orders are priced per mug and include the cost of printing, food-safe decals, and kiln-firing. Shipping is $30 per case to a single US address. Lead time is 3 to 4 weeks from deposit and design approval.
