What is the minimum order for custom branded ceramic mugs?
The minimum order is 24 units. You can mix sizes and glaze colors within a single order. All units count toward the same pricing tier. There are no setup fees on orders of 24 or more.
Will my logo peel, fade, or wash off over time?
No. CURVD uses kiln-fired ceramic decals. Your logo is fused into the glaze at 800°C, not applied as a surface coating. It cannot peel, fade, or be removed by dishwashers, microwaves, or daily use. This is the key difference between kiln-fired printing and sublimation.
Can I see a proof of my logo before production starts?
Yes. Every order includes a digital proof, a mockup showing your logo placed on the exact mug, size, and colorway you selected. We send this within 1 to 2 business days of receiving your brief. Production only begins after you approve it.
What file format do I need for my logo?
We require vector files: .ai (Adobe Illustrator), .eps, or .dxf. Files must be set to CMYK color mode. We cannot print from raster formats like .png, .jpg, or .pdf exports from non-vector sources. If your logo only exists as a raster file, contact us and we can advise on next steps.
Can I mix mug sizes and colors in one branded order?
Yes. You can combine 12 oz and 18 oz mugs and mix any available glaze color within a single order. The total unit count determines your pricing tier. For example, 12 Onyx Black + 12 Cloud White = 24 units at the Starter rate.
How long does it take to receive my branded mugs?
Lead time is 3 to 4 weeks from proof approval. This covers kiln-fired production, quality inspection, and packing. Delivery within the contiguous USA takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Rush production is available. Contact us before submitting your brief.
Are the branded mugs microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes. Every CURVD® mug is microwave safe and top-rack dishwasher safe, including the mug and logo print. For longest life, hand washing with mild soap is recommended. Avoid industrial dishwashers, which use harsh detergents that can affect any ceramic glaze over time.
