Choose your mug, size, colour and quantity

Select the 12 oz or 18 oz CURVD® mug and choose from the available glaze colours. Decide how many units you need. The minimum order is 24 mugs, and volume pricing starts at higher quantities.

Submit your artwork or design brief

Upload your logo or artwork through the quote form. We accept vector files and production-ready artwork. If your file is not ready, we will review it and advise what needs to be adjusted before printing.

Review and approve your digital proof

We send a digital mock-up showing the exact print placement on your selected mug. Once you approve the proof, the order moves into production.

Production with kiln-fired ceramic printing

Your design is applied using a kiln-fired decal process and fused into the glaze at high temperature. The result is permanent, food-safe, microwave safe, and top-rack dishwasher safe.

Delivery to your door

Finished mugs are packed securely and shipped to your address. We deliver across the USA and can also support international shipments depending on the order and destination.

Everything first-time buyers usually ask before placing a custom order.

Yes. Custom branded mug orders include a $75 design setup fee. This covers artwork preparation, layout review, and production-ready proofing before your order moves into final approval.
We recommend AI, EPS, PDF, or DXF vector files in CMYK. If your artwork is not production ready, we will review it and advise what needs to be corrected before printing.
Production typically takes 3 to 4 weeks from proof approval. Delivery timing within the USA depends on the final destination and shipping method, and is confirmed before the order is finalized.
Yes. CURVD® mugs are microwave safe. The kiln-fired ceramic decal is fused into the glaze, so the mug remains suitable for normal daily use.
Yes. The custom print is kiln-fired into the glaze and is top-rack dishwasher safe. For the longest-lasting finish, gentle care is still recommended.
