The MOQ is 24 units per design. This applies per colorway and per size. If you want both 12 oz and 18 oz mugs with the same logo, each size requires a minimum of 24 units.
Will the logo hold up in a commercial dishwasher?
Yes. CURVD uses a kiln-fired decal process where your logo is fired into the glaze at high temperature. It does not sit on the surface as a coating or sticker, which means it does not peel, fade, or scratch off with regular commercial washing.
How long does production take?
Lead time is typically 3 to 4 weeks from the date your digital proof is approved. We provide a proof before any production begins, so you can review the placement and scale of your logo before we commit to the full run.
What file format do I need for my logo?
Vector files work best: .AI, .EPS, or .PDF. If you only have a PNG, it needs to be at least 300 DPI at the actual print size. If your file is not print-ready, our team can help prepare it at no additional cost.
Are CURVD mugs safe for food and drink service?
Yes. CURVD mugs are made with a food-safe ceramic glaze that contains no lead and no cadmium. They are safe for hot and cold beverages and are fully dishwasher and microwave safe.
Can I order multiple designs in one batch?
Yes. Each design is treated as a separate run with its own MOQ of 24 units. If you want two logo variations or two different colorways, each needs to meet the 24-unit minimum independently.
