For years now, my husband and I have been searching for coffee mugs that meet our needs; well, we found them, and actually, they exceed what we hoped for. Love the handle, which we wanted; wide bottom for safety, a must for us; the mug is made so that when we sip coffee, it doesn't drip down the sides, and sturdy, all equally important. We have four; as soon as the new colors come out, we'll be purchasing more. **They were packed and shipped in individual boxes and protected by a larger box that is cushioned on bottom and top!!! I have searched for what I would say is the perfect coffee cups with a large comfortable handle for quite awhile. Whereas I have purchased large handled cups. They were more like mugs or oversized soup bowls with a handle. The curvd cup is for me the perfect size. I am very happy I found it. Looking forward to their new colors being available
